Quentin is also a Nationally Certified Level 2 sprint coach with USA Track and Field and owns a personal training program.

Donna’s leadership career journey started 30 years ago in the Fashion and Retail industry as an Account Executive for the Cosmetics industry. Donna was later promoted to Buyer for a Women’s Designer Dress Division and Business Manager for The Bon Ton retail chain. Donna’s frequent business trips to New York were both adventurous and artistic.

Donna later relocated with her family to Chicago where she landed in the Hospitality and Property Management industry; managing multi-unit luxury residential properties & office space. This journey led to a career opportunity and relocation to California where Donna served in various sales leadership roles that fueled her passion for asset management, marketing, talent acquisition and people development.

Donna was later recruited by Riverstone Residential Inc to lead a 7-state territory to include Hawaii. As the Director of Education, Donna led a dynamic staff of 37 people across a multi-state territory, including 56 properties and over 2000 associates. Donna ended this part of her leadership career journey with an Achiever’s Circle Award and integrating five new companies into the Riverstone corporation.

Donna was later recruited by Cirrus Assessment Management, Inc and Unique Boutique Hotel Group as Director of Training & Marketing turned Consultant where she traveled to her Hawaii based territory and was inspired by the Aloha spirit.

Donna was later recruited by Sysco, a fortune 500 Foodservice company as their Director of Training. During her eight (8) year journey with Sysco,

from 2013 to 2020, Donna led the company through a comprehensive technology transformation, to include a full-cycle eCommerce software integration, and a comprehensive financial process transformation. Donna also traveled around the country, as the Women’s Leadership Network Ambassador & Speaker, facilitating and producing large scale leadership & sales conferences.

On a parallel timeline, from 2009 – 2018, Donna served as Owner/Executive Producer of Crown Jewel Studios/Donna Dean Entertainment which specialized in entertainment consulting, creating and producing fashion, film, theatre & premiere VIP events.

In 2020, Donna founded her 2nd company, Donna Dean Coaching & Consulting Services, LLC which prepares leaders and their teams for the new work world through one-stop-shop coaching, training & mental health services designed to increase engagement, productivity and ROI.

Donna resides in La Quinta, CA with her husband Geoffrey Dean, Golf Pro & Player Development Director for PGA West Golf Resort. Together they have 3 amazing adult children, Paris, Brandy & Jackson along with two beautiful grandchildren, Ryzen & Brezei.

Ray has appeared in over 100 publications, commercials and film projects. He is the CEO of Leonard Sports & Entertainment, a full service sports and entertainment management company specializing in pairing celebrities with corporations. Ray has managed medium to large-scale projects globally providing diversity training, team building, and business consulting. Ray has provided vision and goal-focused team strategies for many Fortune 1000 Corporations.

Ray works closely with executives, managers and staff to strengthen internal capacity, navigate complex relationships, and manage organizational processes. Ray has a strong collaborative approach and a facilitative style and has been responsible for creating effective and sustainable management development programs that have improved managerial effectiveness at several organizations.
He excels at coaching managers, leading inter-disciplinary teams to build a companies internal capacity to manage and train staff, facilitating meetings and retreats that focus on employee engagement, team building, readiness for change and performance development.

He is currently on the board of directors for Walking Miracles, Temecula Titans, and he served as Co-Executive director for the Youth Recreation association of Philadelphia for 2 years, and has been a mentor for the Magic Johnson foundation and The Walking Miracles Foundation.

Ray is a native of Maryland and has a Bachelors of Science from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. He was a two sport division 1A athlete, excelling in football and track and field.

Marshall Faulk

Financial Strategist

Marshall William Faulk is a former American college and professional football player who was a running back in the National Football League (NFL) for thirteen seasons. He played college football for San Diego State University, and was a three-time All-American. Has a BA in Business Marketing. He was selected by the Indianapolis Colts as the second overall pick in the 1994 NFL Draft, and he also played professionally for the NFL’s St. Louis Rams. Faulk is one of only three NFL players to reach at least 10,000 rushing yards and 5,000 receiving yards; he is the only one to amass 12,000 yards rushing and 6,000 yards receiving. He was selected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2011. He also worked as a pro football analyst for NFL Total Access, Thursday Night Football, and NFL GameDay Morning on NFL Network.

In 1999 he purchased 8 Popeyes franchises that he grew to 22 location in a 5 year span. In 2000 he help launch Midwest elevators which serviced the cities of Indianapolis & St Louis. Handling the contracts of all the government buildings in both cities Midwest became the #1 service provider in both cites. In 2003 he partnered with his agent Rocky Arceneaux who owned Edge sports to form the Alliance Management Group which represents athletes in football, baseball and basketball. In 2005 he opened Gr8 Cutz the first male spa in San Diego. Offering men the opportunity to be groomed and pampered like a king. In 2015 he started T & M Urban Ventures which step up to the fore front by providing better housing conditions for low income families in San Diego’s inner city with the rehabilitation of old homes. Now an associate at World Financial Group he is the quickest to open up his own office. He also help secure deals with NFL Alumni, Pro football hall of fame and San Diego State University. Also using the platform to help educate many kids in the various communities he has lived. His motto in business is FAITH FAMILY BUSINESS!!

A writer who entered the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Film and Television program to learn the art of directing, Robyn Charles received a B.A. and MFA from the program. Spending eight years under intense professional development, she wrote several features as well as producing, directing, shooting and editing several narrative and documentary films. While at UCLA, Robyn has earned several honors and awards including the National Association Of Theater Owners Of California & Nevada Film Fellow, the Joseph W. Drown Award For Motion Picture Production, the Motion Picture Association of America Award, the Peter Stark Memorial Film Scholarship, the John Densmore Film Scholarship, the Pearl Glicksman Film Scholarship and the Rita Morrison Film Award. She is now living in Los Angeles as a full-time producer and educator, making her first feature film debut with, Fingerprints. Robyn has several active projects under the umbrella of FILMama Productions, a film and television company dedicated to putting women behind the camera.

DR ERIC BROWN

A native San Diegan, Dr. Eric Brown has over 20 years of leadership experience in K-12 education and as a U.S. Army veteran. He has taught mathematics in both middle and high school and has held school site administrative positions in various K-12 settings. Eric serves as a mentor in several organizations, advising and tutoring young men when needed. He has also coached multiple sports, spending most of that time coaching high school football, a sport he played in high school and in college. As a U.S. Army Officer, he has trained, mentored and led Soldiers in various military environments having multiple tours in the Middle East where he earned a Bronze Star and several Army Commendation Medals with “V” device for valorous actions. A life-long learner, Eric earned all of his academic degrees from the University of San Diego, culminating with his Ph.D. in Leadership Studies. His goal when he began his educational journey was to continue the work on “building the bridges” necessary for the overall success of our youth. His passion is in helping youth realize their potential and develop their perseverance and determination to reach their goals. Eric is also a proud member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.

He now dedicates his work to being an activist for mental health awareness and sexual assault prevention. His advocacy work was inspired by his own traumatic experiences.

Reggie has deployed his life experiences, therapeutic journey and knowledge into strategies that have healed him as well as others. Reggie has become a bridge to help others rise above their trauma.

Reggie created his Personal Mastery School as an answer to many questions for those struggling through mental illness. Reggie has helped many people through their mental illness journey. His reward is seeing so many now live healthy, productive lives.

Reggie has become a well- known, empathetic mental, physical and sexual abuse advocate, Tedx speaker, public speaker, consultant, connector, and problem solver for individuals and businesses.
